Elva Cuevas Lugo joined the Bishop Legal team as a paralegal in August 2023. Born and raised in Des Moines, WA. She is a graduate of Central Washington Uniiversity with a BA in Law & Justice and focus on Sociology. She is fluently bilingual in Spanish and English.

As a paralegal, Elva carries out her passion for law and helping others get the legal support and guidance they need through hard times so her clients can focus on their well-being and their families.

When she is not in the office Elva enjoys going on mini adventures and exploring the PNW with her family.
