Rocío Rodríguez is a paralegal who joined Bishop Legal in 2005. Rocío graduated from the University Regiomontana in Monterrey, Mexico with a scholarship granted to her for her outstanding academic achievement. Rocío began her career with two multinational corporations as a marketing and sales research analyst.
In 2003, Rocío came to Seattle to continue her English studies on a cultural exchange. After completing one year of the exchange program, Rocío began working as bilingual paralegal at Bishop Legal.
In her position as paralegal, Rocío is involved in the handling of client cases, including the negotiation of claims, assisting in cases in litigation, translation legal documents, and interpreting in court and mediation proceedings for clients.
Rocío primarily focuses on cases in North King and Snohomish Counties. Rocío is also a licensed Notary Public in the state of Washington.
Rocío has also participated in Spanish radio programs to answer caller questions and to promote Bishop Legal’s public service messages on television.
Rocío enjoys helping people in need, specifically defending the rights of Latinos. Rocío has gone on missions to towns in Mexico to help low income people receive education.
In her free time, Rocío enjoys art and has exhibited her paintings in different places such as coffee houses and the Internet. Rocío lives in Snohomish County and enjoys visiting family in Monterrey, Mexico.
