Attorney Daniel Neal went to law school with a desire to help protect those who have been injured through no fault of their own and assist them through a difficult part of their lives. Dan’s practice focuses on personal injury law and assisting clients with their claims from beginning to end.
After growing up in Cheshire, CT, Dan moved to West Long Branch, NJ to obtain his B.A. at Monmouth University where he majored in Criminal Justice and minored in Forensic Investigation.
Following law school, Dan worked for one of the top personal injury law firms in Rhode Island, which provided him with a wealth of experience and an ideal steppingstone to continue his personal injury practice in Washington State.
Dan has worked on a wide variety of cases involving workers compensation claims, pedestrian accidents, premises liability claims, motor vehicle collisions, and medical malpractice claims. Dan attributes his success in the courtroom to his experience in the Northeast, specifically, to the time he won a bench trial in Rhode Island Workers Compensation Court; he obtained back benefits, as well as approval for surgery, and ongoing medical benefits and pay for a client who had been out of work for over 6 months. In Dan’s time as a personal injury attorney, he has successfully recovered millions of dollars for his injured clients.
When he is not working to resolve clients’ claims, Dan enjoys time with friends, hiking trails in the Pacific Northwest, playing indoor and beach volleyball at Golden Gardens in Ballard and golfing with friends
Dan is also licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
